Who we are

Aeternal Digital is a company registered in Delaware, USA, run by Harvey Bince. For anything about your data, write to hello@aeternaldigital.com.

What we collect

• When you ask for a free audit: the website or Instagram link you give us, and your email address.
• When you email us: your address and whatever you write.
• When you become a client: your name, business details and the content you send us for your site.

What we use it for

To prepare and send your audit, to reply to you, and to do the work you hire us for. We may follow up about your audit by email. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

Who handles it

We use outside services to run the business: Cloudflare for hosting and email forwarding, Google for email and website analytics, and Brevo for sending email. They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Audit requests are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email hello@aeternaldigital.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, it only runs if you accept when asked. Elsewhere it runs by default. We do not use advertising cookies.

To change your choice, clear this site's stored data in your browser and you will be asked again. You can also block Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
